All those attending the conference need to register and pay to attend. Registrations has now closed. .
Early bird registrations closed October 28, 11:59 pm.
Dinner tickets are no longer available online. Check with the registration table if you are still needing a dinner ticket.
AAS membership
Convenors and presenters do not have to be members of the AAS. However, the AAS welcomes new members (see membership page). Members can register for the conference at a discounted rate.
Conference dinner tickets will be available for $25.

Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation of conference registration the following AAS cancellation policy will apply:

For cancellations until October 28, 2023, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded to the participant.

After October 28, 2023, 25% of the registration fees will be refunded. There will be no refunds administered upon cancellation after 27 November 2023.

If a participant is diagnosed with COVID, or other severe illness or health emergency prior to the commencement of the conference on 28 November 2023, and they are no longer in a position to attend, they must contact the conference organisers as soon as possible with documentation of diagnosis for a 75% refund. Such requests will be assessed by Benjamin Hegarty (AAS Treasurer).
